Co-designed and developed prototype emergency contact system using VoIP, VoiceXML and instant messaging. Led the purchasing and inital evaluation process for 802.11b tracking and security system. Developed in Java and .NET to attain Enterprise Architecture goals. Participated in design exercises related to employee mobility.

Developed web applications to demonstrate the capabilities of the Resource Description Format (RDF), and the W3C’s emerging Web Ontology Language (OWL) specification.
