I just got done switching my blog / website from Wordpress to Textpattern. I'm impressed / happy so far. Using wordpress was bad for a couple of reasons; it wasn't particularly flexible, and I hacked it a bit to fit my needs. That led to my site basically being a mess, which hasn't really encouraged me to update it a whole lot.

I think the new site looks (a lot) better, and hopefully will result in less retina scarring. When I switch over the site in a few minutes, it may result in PlanetOlin having a bunch of my old posts dumped on it, as being 'new' posts. My apologies if that's the case, there's very little I can do about it, but it'll go away eventually.
